What am I going to get out of National Young Leaders Day?

I hope to get some inspiration from all of the speakers and to see how I could be a better leader than I am now.I also want some pointers and some tips for leading a team and to see the speakers journeys and adventures that they've had.I am most looking forward to William Pike because I don't know much about him so that's what I'm looking forward to most till NYLD tomorrow.
