Jerry Collins and his partner Alana were killed in a car crash in France.His daughter just survived the crash with her condition serious.The crash took place on the A9 motorway near Montpelier.Police believe that Collins crossed the motorway and collided with a bus.Jerry had played 48 tests for the All Blacks as the blindside flanker and he also played for the Hurricanes franchise.He played for Whales, Japan and then France after leaving New Zealand in 2008.Jerry Collins will be remembered for his career in rugby for France,Whales and Japan and also representing New Zealand for rugby.
